That yeasty, warming fragrance, like a mother’s love. That’s because the act of baking, as any baker will tell you, amateur, professional or otherwise is more than just an emotional hit, but a nourishing benefit too.
It is becoming a hit in some places where a baker will go into schools and show young children the art of making a loaf of bread.
